AlphaCert appoints Stephen Dickens as Head of Professional Services to expand customer offering

As part of our strategy to support our customers’ success, AlphaCert is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Dickens who joins as Head of Professional Services. This highlights a commitment to our customers and partners. Stephen is tasked with building on a successful track record of Professional Services to bring a leading data and management consulting capability offering a range of services to customers.

Stephen brings 30+ years of IT experience, 18+ years of industry experience in Consulting, People, Customer Engagement and a further 10 years of experience in leadership roles. Working closely with Phil Pietersen, CEO and Scott Taylor, COO, Stephen will drive the strategy, growth and direction of the Professional Services offering to expand AlphaCert capability to meet the wide variety of customer needs. The Professional Services team will expand to facilitate rapid growth for AlphaCert.

AlphaCert has extensive knowledge and expertise within the team around how investment data should be managed within a successful Investment Management Firm based on industry best practice – enabling us to support organisations that require additional capability to support company initiatives.
